The PAGB AWARDS FOR PHOTOGRAPHIC MERIT (APM) MCPF REGION
The awards are open to all members of clubs affiliated to the MCPF. It is suggested that before an application is made the following information is downloaded from the PAGB website www.pagb-photography-uk.co.uk or using the links on the right hand side.

All applicants must pre-qualify according to the Midland Counties Photographic Federation criteria which is described in the leaflet:

PLEASE NOTE THE CRITERIA AND APPLICATION FORMS FROM THE MCPF HAVE NOW BEEN UPDATED AS FROM October 2011. ANY INFORMATION HELD BEFORE THIS DATE SHOULD BE DESTROYED.
The adjudications are held twice a year in April and November, and are hosted by one of the 15 federations. The venue to be decided nearer the adjudication date.
Application procedure for Awards
Contact the awards Secretary for an application form, or download it here: Application Form.
Complete the form with a letter from your Club/Society Secretary and send it back to the Awards Officer with the administration fee of £1.00 made payable to MCPF.
Once the criteria have been verified the form will be signed and returned to you with the PAGB application form.
Send to the PAGB awards officer with the appropriate distinction fee.
Applicants are admitted on a "first come, first served" basis

PAGB Distinction Awards
The Awards are open to all members of Clubs affiliated to the PAGB through their Federations and are at three levels,
Credit (CPAGB) - Blue badge and certificate
Distinction (DPAGB) - Red badge and certificate
Master (MPAGB) - Gold badge and certificate
They are held for life without any annual fee and holders are entitled to use the designated letters after their name.
Qualification
All applicants must qualify in accordance with their Federation's criteria
as an active member of an affiliated club. This support must have been given for
a minimum of 2 years for CPAGB, 3 years for DPAGB and 5 years for MPAGB from current
active photographers. A retrospective period of 10 years may be considered.
Applicants
for MPAGB must have held DPAGB for at least 11 months on date of application.
