General Conditions of Entry
Each entrant must be a member of a club/society affiliated to MCPF.

All images must be entirely the work of the photographer. Composite images are permitted provided all component images meet this requirement.

Panels will consist of either 3 or 4 prints.
A Triptych is defined as 3 prints mounted on one board.
You are allowed to submit only one print per panel that has been previously exhibited in any MidPhot exhibition.
Any panel that has been previously accepted in the former Creative Panel of Prints in the main MidPhot exhibition will not be eligible.

Each entrant may enter a maximum of three entries, in any combination.

One Title per panel or Triptych.

Class Open: Any subject matter.
All panels will be judged in one class. Triptychs will be judged separately.
(dependant on numbers and types of entry, this may be subject to change on judging day and will be reviewed year on year).

Entry Fee:
A non-returnable entry fee of £3 per Panel or Triptych
Cheque should be made payable to MCPF.

Prints and Triptyph
Must be mounted on light weight board not exceeding 50cm x 40cm no thicker than 4mm (thickness of 2 mounting boards) and must be titled and bear the authors name, address and club. Plus a hanging plan on each print.

The organisers reserve the right to withhold from public exhibition any entry which, in their absolute discretion, they consider to be undesirable.

No submitted entry may be removed from the exhibition without the permission of the exhibition organising committee.

It is a condition of entry that any print may be selected and retained for possible inclusion in the MCPF entry to the PAGB Print/Competitions. Any such print may be copied by the PAGB to form part of the PAGB Recorded Lecture Service.

The organisers reserve the right to copy and reproduce any entry in the catalogue for press or for use in any MCPF promotion. Copyright remains with the author.

Every care will be taken of entries but the organisers cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage however caused.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of the organisers shall be final.

By entering this exhibition you are explicitly consenting to the personal details you have supplied including email
addresses, being held, processed and used by the exhibition organisers for the purposes associated with this exhibition.
You also explicitly consent to such information being sent to organisations which have accorded official recognition,
patronage or accreditation to the exhibition. You acknowledge and accept that entering this exhibition means that the
status and results of your entry may be made public.
